My Approach
I’ve lived with trichotillomania, the hair-pulling disorder, since 2001. For years, it brought me shame, guilt, and embarrassment. Despite trying everything—therapy, medications, and participating in studies—nothing worked. Eventually, I shifted my mindset, and that changed everything.

Instead of focusing on stopping, I began focusing on accepting and learning from my trichotillomania. After over two decades, I realized this disorder is part of me, and I was done carrying the weight of shame and guilt. I chose to embrace self-love fully for the first time in my life.

Now, I help others develop a positive, compassionate relationship with their trichotillomania. I provide the tools and guidance to help my clients accept themselves and find a path to greater self-love. Let me help you embrace your trichotillomania and transform your life.
